Governance Team

Governance at BATI

BATI is governed by a dedicated Governance Team, elected annually at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The team includes five key voting positions: President, Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-President for Northern Regions, and Vice-President for Southern Regions. These elected members bring expertise and leadership to guide the association in fulfilling its mission and vision.

In addition to the core team, Members-at-Large are appointed to support the Governance Team, forming the broader BATI Board. This structure ensures a collaborative approach, with diverse perspectives contributing to the effective management of the association.

The Board’s work is further supported by key operational roles, such as an Administrative Coordinator and an Accreditation & Development Coordinator. These hired positions help facilitate day-to-day operations, including member services, examinations, and professional development initiatives, ensuring BATI continues to operate efficiently and serve its members effectively.
